Where it trips our checks

• COA traceability: COAs are posted on an independent testing site, a real plus, but the site's own language says documentation is only "available where applicable," so not every batch is covered. Verifying that your specific batch has a posted COA is worth doing before a large order.
• Contact transparency: it lists a Portland address, phone and branded email, better than most, though the operating company isn't independently verifiable and such addresses are sometimes fronts.

Not seen: any independent buyer report. Public Reddit and forum sources are empty on Phit Pharm, so there's no track record yet that orders arrive as described.

Bottom line: No scam pattern found, and the US contact details plus independently hosted COAs are good signs, but with zero independent buyer history this stays provisional. A small first order and an independent batch test would confirm it.
