Hangzhou Shengtai Chemical takes payment on Telegram, then blocks the buyer. Several people paid and got nothing.

China-based (Hangzhou). Runs a Telegram channel (t.me/hangzhoushengtaichemical, about 20,700 subscribers) and the site shengtaichem.com, roughly 2 months old. The channel, the domain and the Janoshik COAs all tie to one seller.

What the evidence shows

• Paid, then blocked. The reader who flagged this: "Blocked me after I have paid."
• A July 2026 r/Scam_Finder thread ("Has anyone ordered from Shengtai Chem?") collects the same story from several more buyers, all paid-then-no-delivery:
  • about $800: paid, no response; the buyer noticed the site had removed its Telegram link
  • $600: "ceased all communication"
  • $800: "stopped communications. Stay away"
  • $200: "replied right away until it came time to provide tracking"
  • $200: "haven't replied since the payment"
  • one more paid on a roughly $1,000 order and got no reply
• Separate accounts, different users, over several days. A pattern, not one complaint.
• Payment is off-platform and irreversible (Telegram, no card, no chargeback). Once you pay there is no way to claw it back.
• The COAs are the bait. A couple of commenters said the Janoshik reports "looked real" and one verification link resolves for a tirzepatide sample, but none of them said they actually received an order.

What it does not show

A real Janoshik certificate only proves that a sample the seller sent to a lab tested as claimed. It says nothing about whether a paying customer receives anything, and here the failure is non-delivery. Whether this is an outright exit scam or a fulfilment collapse is not established. The buyer outcome is the same.

Do not send payment. Treat the lab certificates as no guarantee of delivery.
