Someone flagged OU BIO LABS from an Instagram listing (@oubiolabs2), saying the prices looked "too good to be true." Here is what the public evidence shows, and what it does not.

What the evidence shows

The identity is thin and self-hosted. OU BIO LABS runs on Instagram and Telegram only: a main page (@oubiolabs, roughly 3,500 followers, 0 posts) that sends all contact to @oubiolabs2 (roughly 950 followers, 0 posts), plus @oubiolabs3 and a Telegram channel (t.me/OUBIOLABS). No website, no company name, no address, no named operator anywhere in the seller's own material. A chain of numbered, zero-post accounts pointing at each other is the pattern you get when accounts keep being reset or replaced. There is no stable identity behind the brand.

Payment is irreversible only. The price list takes USDT/USDC crypto and bank transfer, with cash on delivery in India. These are all push payments. If an order goes wrong, there is no chargeback to recover the money.

No first-hand buyer evidence, either way. A logged-in Reddit sweep across the whole site and the main peptide sub returned nothing on this seller, and glp1forum came back empty too. So no scam reports, but also no track record to lean on. Thousands of followers against zero posts is a profile-strength signal, not buyer feedback.

What the evidence does not establish

The bio advertises "99% purity" and "third-party verified" peptides and claims warehouses in the USA, China/Hong Kong and India. No certificate of analysis, batch number, or lab report is published anywhere, so none of it is checkable. The pricing that prompted the flag (semaglutide from $75, tirzepatide from $85) sits low, but without a like-for-like comparison that is a caution, not proof of anything. An absence of complaints says nothing about quality, purity, or dosing.

Bottom line: an anonymous, website-less Instagram/Telegram seller with a numbered-account reset pattern, irreversible payment only, unverified purity claims, and no first-hand reports either way. Unproven and structurally risky, not cleared and not confirmed as a scam. Revisit if real buyer reports, a real business identity, or lab-verified batches show up.
