Where it trips our checks

• COA traceability: the pen had no batch number, so it can't be tied to any certificate, and the site promises exactly that link. A seller breaking its own COA promise is a pattern we see repeatedly in bad actors.
• Contact transparency: an email and a Dutch WhatsApp line, no company name or address.
• Independent feedback: none, either direction. Reddit and the forums are empty, and the Trustpilot profile was removed.

Bottom line: one uncorroborated account, but it fails two of the factors we score and contradicts the seller's own marketing. Unproven, not cleared.
